Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default secret service in trouble

I've heard that the US. secret service was a bit trouble with Finnish president in Florida. They hadn't read their homework and couln't keep up with this freely acting lady who almost lost in the crowd and was taken pictures with peoples. Secret service were amazed the way this lady moved with the people.

Funny. I can almost imagine the picture were black suited mens standing with their mouth open and trying to look to the crowd where that president is.

The President of Finland is one person who can travel freely in the U.S. with no more liklihood of becoming a victim than any other ordinary citizen!

I think everyone respects Finland!!

He'd have to wear a sign telling people who he was or he'd never be recognized

John Bear ,
most people in this country wouldn't recognize their own President , yours could probably travel without security here . Logs just illustrated my point perfectly ...

PS: GO FINLAND !!

John Bear, nothing agianst your fine country but I had no idea your leader was a Lady.
I don't under estimate the importance or relationship of your country to ours and the rest of the world but you folks just don't make the front page here and who runs your country is not common knowledge in the USA.
There was more info on one of the English royalty walking on the wrong side of the road here last week than on your President being here.
We have a lot of Finlanders living in Northern WI. Towns like Oulo, WI where they build the sauna first then the house. I'd bet they won't know either

John Bear,

Maybe they lost her for a bit 'cause they couldn't use standard security procedures.

If you watch, when a High Profile Person (Target) moves around in a crowd, the SS doesn't just shadow them. Usually one agent will be walking right behind the person and have ahold of the person's belt at all times.

Since most SS agents are male, she may not have appreciated this....

Yawn. This appears to be a standard posting tactic for you John Bear. Bash the U.S. Change the topic you're bashing us on for a little difference and continue with the same drivel. You don't seem to have a positive outlook on much of anything except for Finland's military prowess. Hmmmmmm.........
