I don't watch Imus in the mornings....too busy watching FoxNews. But......the Drudge Report has it that Imus was sitting on a powder keg of a story about John Kerry and his bimb.....oops I mean his flooz........oops I mean his shac...........oops. Well, before you slam the Drudge Report, keep in mind he was way ahead of the game on the Monica Lewinsky story. I have found him to be reasonably credible.....much, much more than CNN or Dan Rather....etc.
Has anyone else heard anything else on this piece of ........ news?

Democratic presidential frontrunner John Kerry told IMUS IN THE MORNING "there is nothing to report" after a DRUDGE REPORT exclusive revealed the frantic behind-the-scenes drama surrounding a woman who recently fled the country, reportedly at the prodding of Kerry!
The nature and details of a claimed two-year relationship, beginning in the Spring of 2001, between a young woman and Kerry is at the center of serious investigations at several media outlets.
After being approached by a top news producer, the woman fled to Africa, where she remains.
"Well, there is nothing to report," Kerry told IMUS. "So there is nothing to talk about. I'm not worried about it. No."
In expanded comments later in the broadcast, Don Imus told his on-air crew that "Kerry is dead" if "something comes out."
Ok, enough of this BS. Who slept with who, who snorted what? Who got drunk and did what? How many times have we all heard about some political person while running for office, and I don't just mean the white house doing something....(gasp)...immoral? Gimme a break. I'm not to concerned even if it is true.

I agree with you in principle stuckinthereeds BUT i find it both ironic and amusing that Kerry's personal attacks on Bush have resulted in these disclosures. Since Kerry obviously lives in a glass house, maybe he should just stick to the issues instead of throwing stones. I'm not saying Bush or even the Republicans are behind any of this. It actually sounds like other democrats letting this out. The main point is Kerry should stop the mudslinging and start dealing with policy.
