It's about $1.69 for the cheap stuff in SE Penna. Probablty around $1.50 a little further out in the country. We're going to the Bahamas in May, gas is $3.30 a gallon there. Good thing boats get 2mpg.

It's been a $1.76 here in MI. Although one county over, it's $1.60 - think there's price gouging going on?[:@] I heard that two US refineries had problems and had to shut down and the entire country has to pay for it. Nice.

We're at $1.63 to 1.79.

I dunno 'bout you guys, but we're getting the "it's been an unusually cold winter in the Northeast, and therefore we have had to recruit more crude for heating oil and therefore the price of gas has gone up" BS we get every winter...

It may get worse. I heard on Fox news today that OPEC is going to cut production by 10 percent. Our gas is 1.69 but just 90 miles east of here its 19 cents cheaper. We are getting screwed here as ussual. One guy controls all the supply here for about a 60 mile circle.

Nope, OPEC is cutting back by 10%. Theoretically it shouldn't make a difference, but it will, it will make a huge difference.
