Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

We have them here too Ifferd ,
and we also call them mole beans and use them for that . Their real name is Castor beans , and they are the source of the nastiest tasting oil on Earth . They are also the source of the deadly poison Ricin . I remember my Dad planted them in our garden to keep out moles , and he always warned me not to put the seeds in my mouth because they were poisonous .

Ifferd ,
castor(mole) beans are the only source of Ricin , and even the amount in a seed or two is enough to make you seriously ill . The reason that it repels moles and other burrowing animals is it's very bitter sap and extensive root system . I agree thaqt they are a very attractive plant .

If I remember correctly the Castor Bean (not mole bean -- I have no idea what the hell that is) is indigenous to africa.

Ricin is water soluble. .. hence the reason that kids never got poisoned by drinking castor oil.

It has been used in some assinations, can't remember who. Think it was some russian retard if I remember correctly.

In the interim, I've had a few. I'm going to observe now.
