Heard a story on the news last night about a woman who stabbed her baby girl and left her outside with a steak knife in her back with jeans and a flannel shirt on - in the cold. Cold and no clothes is one thing, but stabbing your own kid and leave them for dead? What the h has gotten into some people?
Do you think someone can really go that crazy and not realize what they are doing or is it demonic pocession, or just a bad day or.... what the #$%^?

That happened in Philadelphia. It's all over our news (SE Penna). The baby was 19 months old and only in a diaper. Not only was she stabbed in the back, but also suffering from hypothermia. Think about all the normal, successful and loving people who try to have kids and can't. Then think about the freaks who do this kind of crap. It's a strange world we live in.
Let me add that they have the mother in custody and will be charging her with attempted murder. ATTEMPTED MURDER? Are you kidding me? She'll get, what a 10-20 year sentence and then let out on probation after few years, if she goes to jail at all? Watch this story unfold with these typical characters - the lawyer that makes a plea of insanity, a grandma that claims her daughter would never do such a thing, a minister backing them, blah blah blah. F@#! this pisses me off. In my world, this woman would be killed, slowly. Sorry, I know this isn't a good Christian attitude coming out of me, but this kind of thing tears me open to the core. you know this woman is going to cry and moan about how tough her life is and try to get some sort of lienency (spelling) from the courts. SCREW that it is time to make an example of someone for this kind of behavior, give her the chair.
