Well its just about over for the other libbies now, the media has hooked up with Kerry and its my prediction that he will be the man for them in Nov. The media runs this country.

Ladies and gentlemen, it's time for a little honesty with you here. I know some of you are going to panic when you hear this, but I, frankly, am bored. I'm bored with all this, I'm bored with the Democrat primary. I've been doing this for 16 years and I'm hearing the same old BS. I'm listening to the same type of people say the same old BS. I'm listening to the same type of press coverage. I'm hearing it, same type of analysis, the same type of excitement, it's all meaningless. Every bit of this is just meaningless. There's nothing new these people are saying, and they're just Democrats. They're just liberal Democrats. There's a new level of rage that accompanies these people this time out, and I know the circumstances that we face as a country are every bit as grave, particularly in the area of national security.
If I were worried that one of these clowns were going to win, I mean, it might be different, but I don't see it happening. And since I don't see one of these clowns winning, it's gotten to the point this stuff doesn't even amuse me anymore. It just flat out bores me. Can I sum up the Democratic Party? We spend three hours a day here talking about all these things that are going on out there, in-depth analysis, trying to give you angles that nobody else has looked into and thoughts and opinions that nobody else has had. But the Democrats have become such an insignificant bunch of opposition. I mean they're just insignificant. I can sum them up here in about a minute and a half.
Let me tell you what Democrats believe. You know, we can sit here, for example, we could do an analysis of their post-state of the union responses, and I could go what each candidate said, we could pick it apart left and right, up and down, front-to-back, but I can sum up every Democrat, I can sum up every member of MoveOn.org, I can sum up every Deaniac. I don't care whether they're supporting Kerry or Edwards or Lieberman or whoever else is in this race, let me just describe this is the position of the Democratic Party, as we sit here today, January 22nd, 2004:
Working families, everybody except rich people are miserable. There are no jobs and there's no health insurance, schools do not have any money. Kids in school are starving because of the school lunch cuts back in 1995. Social Security is almost bankrupt, and Bush wants to take that money, and give it to Halliburton so they can go to Mars and get oil. Medicare is also at risk. Everybody is losing their health insurance except the rich and nobody is doing anything about it. Medicaid is at risk. We need more welfare. Only rich people got the tax cuts, and they didn't even want the tax cuts, they don't even need the money. Republican special interest groups are too powerful. Corporations have too much influence with Republicans.
Okay, the economy may be better, but it's better the wrong way. Rich and powerful forces are out to get you. They're out to get your kids, minorities, particularly Hispanics are hardest hit this year, and, oh, yeah, Halliburton is evil. We don't have friends. Nobody likes us because George Bush is arrogant and won't say nice things to the French. We're scared to vacation in Paris now. We love going to Paris, but only people like Wesley Clark can go there anymore, and it's unfortunate because the French hate us and we want the French to love us but the French hate us because they hate Bush because Bush doesn't care about the French or anything that comes from there, and we wish the French loved us, but the French hate and this makes us feel horrible. And as a result of the French hating us, we're not safe. We can't depend on anybody in this country to protect us, because we want to get rid of the military. We want to get rid of the threat we pose to the rest of the world so that the French will like us. We're perfectly willing for the French and those of the United Nations to defend us. We don't have any homeland security, because police and firemen don't have any resources. We don't have any more fire trucks, we don't have any more police cars, George Bush tricked us into going to war, and all the money for this country and the children and Medicare and Medicaid and Social Security is being spent in Iraq. We should have never gone to Iraq, we shouldn't be in Iraq. Watch out, your job's going to be outsourced to Iraq. Where the **** is Iraq, anyway, and who cares?
The UN won't help because George Bush won't say nice things to the UN. Oh, yeah, we Democrats are strong on national security. We always have been, and we believe in a strong America. You can count on us. Just listen to the words we say and you can count on the fact that we believe in a strong America. So long as we're running it, and the military gets weakened, and the CIA and the FBI can't connect dots, that's the way we want things to be, but Bush is so filled with hatred and rage that he wants America spying on us because Bush thinks we're the traitors, Bush thinks we're the criminals, Bush thinks we're the Halliburtons and so he's taking all the resources and spying on us and we don't like being spied on, we want control of this government again so we can start spying on you. Ever since Bill Clinton left, life has been awful. Life ***** ever since Clinton went away. We're good people. Republicans are bad people. Vote for us. Save the children. The End.
That's it, folks. I mean, that's your modern day Democratic Party today.
I think the media and the demo party will settle on whoever they think has the best chance of beating Bush. And it's still not a done deal with just one primary completed.

You guys crack me up! Dean was the media darling of the Democrats when he was leading, but Dean did himself in with his incoherent rantings and ravings, he clearly went over the top. Its natural for the Iowa winner...Kerry to receive the bulk of the democratic media's attention for the time being. For my money I like the fresh faced John Edwards as far as anybody of the democratic party.
I read an article by Andy Rooney today. I am not a Rooney lover, especially after he dissed hunting last year in a published editorial, but he made an interesting observation which applies to both Republicans and Democrats. Rooney says he would rather have a smarter person in office than an experienced person. Rooney goes on to say that the most experienced politicians only offer more of the same politicing, because that is what they have learned to do. Sometimes being experienced does not mean the brightest.
For my money I will also take smart over experience for high offices.......unfortunately, lately it seems there are very few smart people running for office.
If I was a Dummycrat (which I'm not !) I suppose I'd have to vote for Liberman. At least he has the nads to stick by his original positions. Weasley Clark, Brother Edwards and Kerry (I'm a war hero you know) have flip-flopped all over trying to make everybody happy and get votes. I think they are all sorry, but do think Kerry will be the man. IMO, the Clinton machine wants the demos to LOOSE in '04 (that's why they are pushing Clark... whom Clinton basically fired) so the Hildebeast can be in position for a full run in '08. If a Demo gets by Bush, he'd be the logical choice to re-run in '08. That pushes it back too far ('12) for Billary. OMG, batten down the hatches!
I'll stick with Dubya for '04... even tho he's a big spender. At least he puts fighting terrorism at the top of the list. Seems like the Republicans are like the Dems of the 1960's and the Dems are like the Socialists of the 1960's. Where are the Conservatives?
