Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Iffred, excellent words to live by and with all the protest by some in the past year many were tested on their ability to understand and live by those words.

My wife needle pointed the following quote for me onto a book marker aver 30 years ago. She knew it was the an excellent expression of how I live my life.....

"Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure, than to take rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy much nor suffer much, because they live in the gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat."(Speech before the Hamilton Club, Chicago, April 10, 1899)

The man was very wise and had an eye for the future in many ways.

Honest criticism by an honest man should be taken for what it is worth and any kernel of wisdom taken from it and acted upon. Those criticising our president today have gone well beyond honest criticism and instead offer inuendo and outright lies.
There is much to criticise in any man let alone a president who may in no way ever please everybody but must do what he feels is right for the country regardless of the personal attacks it may bring upon him, if he is an honest man.
