charges pending in "mistreating fish"!!!!!

check this out. there are charges pending agaist 3 polish divers for catching a pike at a new year's eve party and feeding it champagne. here's the link

I dont believe you are going to kill something unless you are going to eat it. I also do not believe in torturing an animal, hench the many hours shooting practice I put in.

Good belief, but doesn't work in the real world. I've killed many a trash fish and threw them up on the bank/ice/road for thier death. I kill many little insects that don't deserve to live, I ain't eatten any of them willingly. Mice traps, those ain't making it to the table, prairie dogs, plague anyone? Coyotes, I'm not eatting one of those either, but sure are fun to kill

Ohhh my goosh. I can understand the charge of illegal fishing, and even the idea of poaching (if the fish died), but dont we have better things to investigate.
