First of all, less government and in turn less taxes.
Less government in the Federal Government dictating to the States unless they are going to absolutely fund the dictate. The funding must exist first and if not the dictate is mute.
No new taxes. Simplify the tax return so that a 8th grader can understand it. That way the average American will be able to understand it. Possible a striaght % personal income tax regardless of income.
No new gun laws until it can be proven that all the current laws have been applied and would fail to accomplish what the new law dictates within constitutinal guidelines. Reform of the torte system. Kill all lawyers and abolish all law schools. Make judges responsible for their judgements. Prescription drug reform. Examine the Food and drug administration and bring it in line with other countries of our social level. Those people in Canada are not dropping over dead from the cheaper drugs, neither will we!! Term limits for all elected positins from Sheriff to President and every thing inbetween. Life means life and less rehabilitation and larger prisons with less social and medical care. Taller walls less guards and let the prisoners settle their own differences. Better and larger morgues for the prisons.
Even though Im for the death penalty, do away with it and lock all murders, child molesters and rapest up for life in the new less progressive prison system.
Manditor 2 year social service in either the Military or some form of social work program, Pre-college. Away from home and family, living military style and all entry level positions. No exceptions for any reason. This way people will learn to live together and see first had what is really going on in the USA not what some stuffy out of touch liberal prof tells them. Let them form their own opinion based on real life experience, then go to college.
There more but that would be a start in the right direction.

Go back to before 1960 and throw out this idiotic church and state BS since there is no reference to this in the constitution. Got back to before the equally idiotic gun controls of 1968.

Take all gun control away from the states and put it back where it belongs, THE SECOND AMENDMENT!! Individual states should have absolutly no authority over the countries bill of rights.
Make the Federal government (supreme court) uphold the second amendment and not allow any individual state pass any law concernming guns, thier control, which ones you can have or who can carry them.

Let Texas divide itself into the five states provided for by the Treaty of Annexation, and let them send ten Senators to D.C. instead of just the two they now have....

A) Ban abortion - the killing of innocent human lives needs to end.
B) Get rid of Social Security. its THE biggest fraud this country's people have ever seen. Get rid of it NOW.
C) Envoke the death penalty and use it often, and I mean OFTEN. Get the judicial system in check where criminals will think twice before committing the crime. No appeals without just reason, have about a 3 month turn around in violent criminal cases. Hols parol boards accountable for turning criminals lose before that are ready to go back into society. Make prsions tough and take away the damn weight benches - criminals are mean enough already.
D) Somehow, someway get health care in check - its getting ridiculous.
E) Take over Canada. Just for a few years. March in, take down their govt, put in our own, rape their natural resources and then leave 'em to the UN. I mean, its what we've do/will do in Iraq, just closer to home.

Canada could just become the 51st state instead.
