Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

The liberals in this country right now are not thinking very clearly. Although it might be said that they NEVER think very clearly, right now, in the history of the world,,,They are REALLY not thinking very clearly.

If one were to look at the culmination of all the actions and reactions over the last few years, it's easy to gain a new perspective on matters.

It's hard to define EXACTLY when it started happening, but I'm gonna guess it was about the time George Bush was elected.

There was the florida thing, and even though it has been proven over and over and over and over again that yes indeed, 'ol Dubya DID in fact legitimately win, the die hard libbies refuse to aknowledge it and still to this day say al gore is the "president".

Then there was that book by Bernard Goldberg..."Bias" ya'll remember it, it's the one exposing the media as being,,,well...Biased.

Then there was September 11th...The liberals felt shortchanged once again because as tragic as it was..."Their Guy" was not in office. It was that rich, election stealing SOB Bush.

Somewhere between sept.11th and the rousting of the talliban in trascanistan, the liberals figured out that an open display of hatred for 'ol Dubya was a real good way to get their clocks cleaned...(You know what I mean) So the mantra seemed to change from "Gore in 04" to..."I'm an independant thinker"...

Their song has'nt changed, just the title.

The United States is now inundated with folks who proclaim loudly and to whoever will listen that the media is "really" a RIGHT WING outfit, and all the stuff we hear is filtered and construed to fit the Jewish bank-owner view of things.

Those same liberals have grown to HATE the term "liberal" they rarely if ever even admit to being a Democrat. It's no longer popular. But being an "independant thinker" that can offer no solution but can bash the present leadership IS popular.

Now, the current thinking on the left is; We are no safer than we were on Sept.11th.

How does one quantify "safer"...

It's like when the police start pro-actively patroling a really bad neighborhood. Sure, there are a few crimes still being commited, but how can a person EVER know how many crimes were NOT commited just by their presence.

It is a question that is impossable to answer, so, the question can be posed in any manner without consequence.

The liberals are mad, and they are scared. They are mad because it's not their guy in the drivers seat, and they are scared that their guy won't be driving anytime soon. They hate the term liberal, and they are afraid to be a democrat.

To make matters worse, the folks that are attempting to LEAD the party don't really know what to say to make the party happy, so they are wavering on almost every issue. If they were to fool around and actually get together and have a sound PLAN, then they might be taken seriously.

I'm not seeing that happen untill around the 2008 election when George Bush has taken a "bite outa crime" so-to-speak in the international arena.

On a personal note...I an very currious as to who will be the Vice President running mate for George Bush in this next election. It will not be Cheney. It will be someone with the clout to make a good running in 2008.

Interesting. I thought it would be Cheney for sure unless he gets worse medical problems.

The democrat party has changed so much from what it used to be, It used to be full of people like Zel Miller, now its full of people like shumer, daschle, clinton, kennedy, pelosi, and so on, people so far to the left that they have all but ruined the democrat party for the old time democrat. My wife and I both where raised in democrat homes, I mean one x on the ballot type. The democrats converted me to the republican's side. Them giving into the special interest groups has really helped bring on their demise.

The liberals ARE thinking clearly. They have an agenda, and that is to make everyone dependant on the Federal Government, (socialism). If they came right out and said, "We want to esablish a socialistic government", we'd probably laugh them outta town.
No communist dictator ever took over a country by telling the people that he was going to take away their guns to make them defenseless, imprison hundreds of thousands of political apponents and kill millions of others. It has always been done in rather small incremental steps, just like liberalism.
Liberals are very well organized and methodical. And they, like a good communist are willing to wait. They know that if they just keep plugging away they'll win. Believe me, they will never stop.
