An unshaven man wearing Buddy Holly glasses taped together at the bridge and large Wingtips was seen in the intercity lurking in alleys. The man seen was always using some form of concealment and in near proximity to an inflatable blond doll. When asked by a passer by what he was doing, he stated " Get away from my bait or none of the thugs will try and assult her, beat it lady!!!" The woman also reported seeing a large bulge in the mans pants but rather square and odd shaped from the usual in that area. He also had a ear to ear grin and wrapping stuffed in his pocket.
