Default To My Father

I wanted to let my fellow hunters that another old hunter was lost. My father passed away yesterday due to flu complications. I decided to post this to you all because i know that everyone has gone through this and i needed someone to tell it to so this is why i am in here. My father shared and taught me the wonderful world of outdoors, including hunting. And that no matter if a shot was ever taken or not. To always have fun. He also taught me everything good and bad in the world and how to face it. My father also made me the man i am today. I will miss him dearly each passing day. He will always be my favorite hunting partner and my hero for the rest of my life. Thank you in advance to everyone who reads and for any replies.

Sorry about your loss. I have been there too. My father died when I was 19 and in the service. I would leave this world knowing I had none my best if I can become half the man that he was. He was respected by everyone who knew him and his word was an Iron clad bond and everyone knew it. He was a veteran a good farmer and the kind of man this world can't afford to loose. Sound like your dad was the same kind of man. Quess after all these years and this being Xmas, I needed to say these thing too. God bless your family sir in your hour of loss.
