Default Anybody use "Medical Savings Account" ?

Any of you people here use a medical savings account and how do you like it ?Our Premiums here at work just went up another 20% and this is getting ridiculous !!! Looking for how the MSA works out for you in oplace of the standard insurance.
I posted this in off season too, but I know some of the more kknowledgable people here don't visit the fun room !!!!

Thanks
