Every day you read more and more about this exact thing ... paroled killers killing again. This one article says .......

That Parole Board evaluated this man and determined he was NOT a threat to society and released him, rehabilitation complete. In other words, they were the direct reason this man was back in society threatening citizens. Its really no different than saying " well, I THOUGHT the gun wasn't loaded ?!!"
Lets change some laws, and say that IF a paroled criminal committs murder, those that paroled him should stand trial as accessories to murder for letting him go in the first place. Its just sickening to see convicted murders killing over and over again.
