I found a very interesting website regarding dumb laws in the various states.

While scrolling thru the state of texas' laws, I noticed that the city of Port Arthur has a law stating...

* Obnoxious odors may not be emitted while in an elevator.

This reminded me of some of fng's previous posts about various events and I couldn't help but think of him. Have you been to Port Arthur fng?????[][]

Utah has some really funny ones...

It is illegal to detonate any nuclear weapon. You can have them, but you just can't detonate them.

Here's a really good one from Memphis, TN.:

I like these:

at a four way stop, a horse and buggy has the right away. If the automobile disturbs the horse, it must be covered or dismantled.
