Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Man Caught with 177 Cigarette Packs in Trousers....

Okay, not a groundbreaking story of any real political importance, but definitely better reading than most of the crap that has taken over this forum over the last few days.

Man Caught with 177 Cigarette Packs in Trousers

Fri November 28, 2003 08:58 AM ET

BERLIN (Reuters) - German police have arrested a shoplifter who aroused suspicion by waddling through a supermarket with 177 cigarette packets in his trousers.

" He' d filled his trousers in the truest sense of the word," a police spokesman for the western town of Olpe said Friday. " They were so full of stolen goods he could hardly walk."

The thief, in his twenties, was helped by three accomplices who formed a protective shield by holding newspapers in front of the man and his bulging trousers, police said.

Staff alerted police, who arrested the four as they attempted to transfer the loot into their car.

I saw a couple of guys one time trying to transport an entire suitcase of butane cigarette lighters on an international flight. I wonder if they know this guy!!

I spent nearly two years in Berlin, (when the city was still divided). Compared to some of the things I saw.....I would think that pretty mild. Though it does make one wonder what 177 packs of cigarettes in a pair of trousers would look like?

P.S. I don' t think I ever quite saw a " trouser bulge" like that before! LOL

When I was bartending I used to have guys come in off the streets with everything from drills still in the box to raw meat in butcher paper trying to sell all this stolen crap.

If any patron bought the stuff, they were immediately cut off and sent on their way for my shift.

Eventually these scumbag thieves started to take orders. The owner was trying to be funny when he " placed an order" for 4 snow tires for his blazer -- the dirt bag showed up 1 week later with the tires, fresh off someone' s truck.....

...Insert Joke here.....

What did his wife say when he walked in the door? Is that a cigarette in your pants or are you just happy to see me?

We could get into some really wrong jokes
