I' m a bit surprized that L.A. didn' t make the cut...maybe because a lot of the really bad parts of the L.A. metro area are not in L.A. proper. Same probably goes for NYC.

Just for fun, I' d like to know where London, England would rank on that same list...I' m guessing it' d be toward the top.
