This is possibly the key phrase in this entire article. We all know there is right, wrong, legal and illegal and sometimes one must do that which is right regardless of whether it is legal or not.
When it comes to international law, essentially there is no such thing, what are you going to do, throw an entire nation in jail? Sadam was breaking international law and nobody really gave a hoot. The Taliban was breaking international law and nobody wanted to do a thing about it. Mugabe in Zimbabwe is breaking international law every day but the U.N. nor anybody seems to care enough to go in and arrest his sorry butt.
So we break international law and relive 20,000,000 people of the despotic rule of a criminally insane self imposed ruler (dictator) and now we are expected to do what? Apologize??
Yup fng, so do I, for now anyway. I wonder if Bush' s plan is to trample, to shred, to scrap, then rewrite history that our cherished document ever even existed at all. The guys that wrote that Constitution were firm believers that we should not go outside our borders looking for war..I don' t want to argue with you about this. Bush is dividing us enough already. We are all on the same side, I think, I hope anyway
We didn' t go overseas looking for a war, any more than FDR did in 1941, or Wilson in 1917. The war came here on 9/11/01, looking for us! Now I ask you, would you rather fight this damn war in Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran, Syria, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, etc., etc., or in the streets of NYC and Washington D.C.?? That' s the choice we have, in case this fact has somehow escaped you!! No argument, just the facts!!

Under " homeland security" , and the " patriot act" you have no 4th ammendment rights left at all. If the feds feel like it they can strip search you, and turn your house upside for no reason whatsoever. The TIPS program {rat out your neighbor is right out of the Jor Goebbels handbook.
GWB took what was left of the 10th ammendment, and raped it. His abuse of the " wars power act" , is only outdone by his misuse of American armed forces.
As for the 2nd ammendment. It was assaulted long before him, but rest assured that he won' t be repealing any gun laws. He is a bigger government liberal who wears a cowboy hat as a deguise.
There is no " link" between Bin Laden, and Hussien. Bin Laden is a devout Muslim, and Hussien is a secularist. The both despise each other. The " link" was a lie created by the administration to promote it' s globalist agenda.
There were no WMD in Iraq, as the invasion has proven.
Iraq never threatened the USA with invasion or war.
By creating a " link" between Iraq, and 911, the administration placated " joe six-pack" . They could just as easily convinced 50 million rednecks that the Virgins Island were linked to Bin Laden.
