Do you think all hells about to break loose? We have already made our stance on the cause of the attack. Isael was bombing a terrorist training camp. What do you think our stance should be if war between Syria and Israel breaks out? I feel the Mid East powder keg is about to blow. I hope im wrong.

Burniegoeasily, I agree that things are at the boiling point but Im not sure they are going to blow rather than boil over with splatter here and there.
Isreal is a democracy and has attempted to follow the Road Map to peace or whatever the current name or label is at this time. They are moving or have at least attempted to move forward and make an honest effort toward some type of peace or settlement. No one in the MiddleEast is willing to accept them or even give it a try. Isreal has nowhere to go. All they can do is dig in, protect the homeland and strike out at those who strike at them. This is no different than anyone of us would do when threatened.
I believe that the USA has no choice but to back Isreal. I don' t think any single power in the ME is willing to take them on alone and if there was some type of joint effort they must know the USA will side with Isreal. None of them, in light of the events of the last year, are going to be willing to deal with that type of war.

What would happen if we just carpet bombed the west bank settlements? Sure oil would go out of sight for a lil while, the " world economy" would seriously suffer for awhile and we would have rationing. Gosh we might have to start living like our grandparents did during WWII. We got tough with the ***s and the Germans and what did they try afterwards? Not a damn thing. They shut their mouths, did what we told them and they went to work. Thats EXACTLY how the sanddwellers need to be handled. Violent people understand nothing but violence in return. " Diplomatic solutions" are just hippiespeak for " lets keep stickin our heads in the sand and hope the big bad bullies will go away" . The militant muslim population simply needs extermination from the globe and life would be MUCH easier on BOTH sides, and the peaceful Muslims will likewise agree with that statement. We have the technology, ability and " testicular fortitude" to do it now. Why not do it instead of delaying the inevitable and handing the problem to our children and grandchildren???

If those with oil on their feet and sand in their hair want a war " mano e mano" over here on U.S. soil, BRING IT ON HABEEB! Nevermind this nations military, we have 80+MILLION gunowners that would GLADLY " get it on in the streets" if thats what you goatmilk drinkin tea sippers want. I' m ready to get this show on the road and erase these morons from history...

Why is it all right for us to go into Afghanistan and Iraq and clean house but not ok for Israel to take care of it' s problems? The Israeli' s have nukes and aren' t afraid to use them. That is probably the big problem here.

If you look at the history of Israel....formed after WWII so that European Jews would have a peaceful homeland. HUH? What' s wrong with that picture?

Burnie you dont have to worry about " the muslim countries gangin up on Israel" . Besides the fact that they have been doing just that since 47, the Israelies have the military power and might to make glass out of the entire middle east. They are a force NOT to be proded into action and the Arabs know it! The muslim nations just keep depending on American and European influence in Tel Aviv to keep the Israelies from saying, " Thats it, we dont care what the rest of the world thinks, we are going AFTER the people behind these rediculous suicide bombings. We have the right to selfdefense and you can come along with us or stand aside, the choice simply doesnt matter to us anymore" . The ragheads know that the powers in Washington, London, Paris, and Berlin will keep extorting Tel Aviv into inaction in the name of " peace" .

I say to hell with that, take the gloves off and simply backout and let the Israelies DEMOLISH the muslim factions and shut them all up. Lets ground Colin Powell' s plane that belongs to The State Department, trade his pinstripes back in on his suit with stars on the shoulder. Then lets put him on the next B-52 to Syria and dare ANYONE to say anything about it. The UK is with us, the Italians are with us, many of the former Soviet eastern block nations are with us and of course Tel Aviv is on our side and WANTING our help. Anyone naysaying nations would simply be a piece of gravel in the path of our steamrollers!

I reluctantly say this, but I will almost agree. If it
wasn"™t for the fact that the tent cities are dominated by people like me
(living day by day) Id be all over it. My tolerance for suicide bombers is
gone. Every time I see a case where a suicide bomber killed women and
children for no reason other than the fact they belong to a certain religion
or live in a certain area, it makes me want to do just as you mentioned in the
above quote. Thats the problem, identifying the bad guys while leaving the
normal smoe alone. I can say I support Israelis attempt to destroy the
homes of the suicide bombers family. If the suicide bombers are going to
indiscriminately kill people, lets start making a point. If the suicide bombers
wont quit killing women and children, lets start making there families suffer.
Do this enough and it might make the next rag head think twice. I can see
their feeble little minds sorting this out; " I can be a suicide bomber and
receive 70+ virgins in heaven, while leaving my family in rubble: or, I can live
a normal life , die a normal death, and allow my family to prosper."

This whole extreme Musilum crap has gotten me out of character. I hate feeling this much anger towards a people, but then agian they are not leaving much choice.
