I remember when almost everyone wore Levis, now especially the younger generation has gone to the floppy, baggy, half wore out type blue jeans that I would have been ashamed to wear when I was their age. Thanks to the black and the hip-hop generation. The baggier and sloppier they can look the better they like it. If they could get a pair to stay up I' m sure they would be wearing them down around their knees with about a foot of underwear showing around the top.
My how times change.

Yeah like we should all wear tight jeans like the rock and roll generation did and not all black people wear baggy clothes strut. just about every race wears baggy clothes. Times do change and so do fashion styles. I mean not all girls wore tight jeans back then and i am glad they do now.
8X8, I did' nt mean that to be a slam on all the blacks, but there are alot of them that just really wants to be different, and the younger generations of all races will fall right in, If you think I' m wrong just go down and set somewhere where you can watch the hip-hop, rapping generation and see for yourself., The closer they can get their back pockets to their ankles and the more underwear they can show the better they like it.

Don' t any of yall dare call me a member of the " hip-hop" generation. That' s a load...
That' s what you see on tv, MTV, most big cities, northeast, are places where young kids don' t have a clue...but it ain' t like that everywhere. I can' t stand hip-hop, can' t stand the music, the style, the " pop culture." It' s crap, I' d much rather be living back in the 70' s or something...we' re in a world of hurt when it comes to the kids that are gonna be running the country someday...
I like to wear jeans, like old t-shirts and stuff...but don' t yall dare call me part of a " hip-hop generation." I refuse to stick myself in that dreadful category...lol.
Oh yeah, that sucks about the people losing jobs...I wish that companies would try to do what' s best for people, instead of doing what is cheapest. Almost everything is made overseas now, and jobs are harder and harder to find...if anyone' s finds and easy solution to this let us know...it' ll probably just all get worse. [:' (]

This is in part because of the good old NAFDA treaty that both parties wanted so bad. It is in part though due to competition from designer Jeans companies. I heard them talking about it on Your World on FOX a couple days ago. BOY I like those cowgirls and the tight levis.
