Default Do Your Senators Support S.B 659?

Everyone has seen the anti-gun crowd try to gain momentum on gun owners using the courts to sue Gun makers out of existence! Check and see if your Senators support frivolous lawsuits against Gun makers.

I wonder if you all can guess where the usual lack of support comes from? And see how many Presidential Candidates support it! Hey GA you might want to start writing some letters!!

Yeap both of mine are there, I did some counting and out of the 46 that IS NOT a co-sponsor 40 of them are democrat and out of the 54 that is co-sponsors 9 of them are democrat. And this is more than just gun legislation. If the gun makers are responsible for the mis-use of their product then Sony is responsible for the mis-use of their video camera used in making child pornography. Any politician that does not sponsor this bill should be throwed out of office.

Yep, both of mine are on board too.

It really boggles my mind that there are actually people out there that don' t see that law suits like these are wrong. How in the world can any one with an iota of intelligence actually expect to sue a company or person for something that some dumb a$$ from across the country does days, weeks, or years down the road? I really wonder how people like this were raised. Maybe they just weren' t.

This seems to fall into the common sence category.[] But, if common sence was so common then why don' t more people have it?

The anti' s are twisting and lying about this bill, but what else could you expect, They say that this releases the manufacturer from liability of their product, just another lie from the libbies and the anti-gun crowd, go to the brady bunches website and read what it says about this bill, its totally wrong and a bunch of lies but there are alot of people that will believe the propaganda they spue especially if they are fence setters and of the liberal party.

I wrote old Herby Kohl(looser)and told him that if gun manufactures are responsible for peoples misuse of guns then the owners of Pro sports teams should be responsable for all actions of the players and coaches.

It wont work but it made me feel better!
