Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default The Great Democrat Lie / Clark for Pres

http://www.issues2000.org/2004/Wesle...Tax_Reform.htm

Middle- & working-class tax cuts are an economic-growth tool. (Jul 13)
Tax relief for middle class, not for the rich. (Jun 27)
$5T tax cuts for the rich are legalized theft. (Jun 20)
Supports redistribution by progressive taxation. (Jun 19)
Irresponsible to borrow to give tax cuts to wealthy. (Jun 19)
Minimize taxes but enough to meet people' s needs. (Jun 15)
Bush tax cuts were unfair; use progressive taxation. (Jun 15)

Does anyone else get tired of Democrats playing the rich vs the poor gig in an attempt to get people to vote for them ? Do Democrats really think tax cuts for the rich hurt things ? Unbelievable.

I' ve got a question to any Democrats on this site. If the top 5% of the money makers in this country left and took their wealth to say, New Zealand, do you know what impact that would have ? The US Government would bring in about 56% LESS income taxes. Thats right, those wealthy people who GET tax cuts are also the very same ones who PAY all the taxes that they' re getting back.

While all that you say is true, It does not sound as good to the brainless as " Bush is stealing from the poor to help his rich friends" . Or the other good one" DO IT FOR THE CHILDREN" . Sounds good but they will never practice what the peach. Take all the other points away though, They are the party that support gun control and abortion. There is no cure or excusing those simple but painful facts.

The thing I love about that bozo is that they keep pushing the:

" he' s been shot 3 times and has a silver star" crap.

So he' s a fine soldier - so was Hitler, that doesn' t mean he knows squat about economics, politics or law.

This butt wipe served in Vietnam - a country that first DISARMED all it' s citizens then butchered the educated, and now he' s pro gun control.......

I wonder if this idiot has alzheimers or not.

Tell a lie long enough and people will begin to take it as fact.

He' s a licensed investment banker.

One word would describe the demmies right now. DESPARATION.

I thought the republicans looked stupid when we went with Dole, But not even close to the liberals here.

I just wonder if these 10 clowns they have is the best they have to offer? If so they are in bigger trouble than I thought, and might be in self destruct mode.

How about his lie on Good Morning America about the white house calling him on 9/11/01 just after the terrorist stirikes asking him to state the Saddam Hussein was behind the attacks. Later, under intense scrutiny, he admitted it was some organization in Canada. Here he is, intentionally smearing Bush as a liar to forward the eventual war in Iraq, when in fact, he was the liar. There is no place in the White House for such a liar.

People say the President lied in his State of the Union, but even if there were reports that Saddam' s quest for nuclear materials was forged, the UK had other evidence and to this day stands behind their intelligence that indeed, Saddam was intensely seeking a nuclear arsenal. So there is no comparison between Bush and Clark when it comes to lying to the American public.

When you get down to it, the whole Democratic agenda is a scam. If you don' t believe that, just listen to Terry McAuliffe' s montra sometime.

They (the Dems) are trotting out trial balloons, Wesley Clark being the latest. Howard Dean is fading fast, the old stalwarts Lieberman and Gephardt are hanging in there but not gaining momentum. Hillary is playing them all for suckers. Others make occasional blips in the news but not much. I think in the end they will cut their losses and go with Gephardt. Just a hunch.
