Johnny Cash passed away today. Republican, democrat, or independant we will all miss the passing of aan American Icon.

Yeah, what a bummer. He took his wife' s passing very hard - now they can rest together.

Blew me away that John Ritter died too - talk about out of the blue.

I cried when I heard this morning. He was one of a kind. At least he and June are together again.

There was a time when Johnny Cash could have easily gone the other way and might have very well fallen in a ring of fire. Not so. Today I bet he' s on that orange blossom special as it rolls through the pearly gates. He was a good un.

The local radio station played JC' s all morning......a fitting memorial to certainly one of the best singers of all time.

I heard about this just before i got on the computer. My sister told me that John Ritter died as well. I heard of him (JC) but never really listen to his songs. Either way it sucks that both he and Ritter died. Hate to think who is going to die soon as well.[:' (]

A true singer for all generations. I just recently watched his video of the song " Hurt" , which won him an award on MTV. Its awesome, and the words as he sang the song.................was very haunting and poignant.
