Missouri Legislature Overrides Governor' s Veto
Of Right-To-Carry Legislation
In a historic vote, the Missouri House of Representatives and Senate passed the nation' s 36th Right-to-Carry law (H.B. 349), successfully overriding Governor Holden' s veto. Also, the Senate overrode Holden' s veto of Frivolous Lawsuit Preemption (SB 13) and this bill now moves to the House for a vote Friday, September 12.
