Default Reckless lawsuits against firearms.

Well it is getting close to a vote, this is one we need to win, check the link and see if your senator has signed on as a co-sponsor, if so thank them, if not build a fire under their butt and ask why not.

If gun manufactuers are liable for the illegal uses of their product then Sony is liable for someone taping child pornography on their cam-corders.

Colorado is on board.

With this same kind of logic Chevy, Ford, Dodge, Toyota, etc...etc... should pay every time there is an accident in this country. About every 3 seconds and a fatality about every 30 seconds.

Every time someone chokes on a piece of food then the farmers, caneries, grocery stores should get sued.

Every time I fall and twist an ankle or skin up my knee the asphalt and cement companies should get sued.

I wonder how long this country would last it this logic was applied every time someone got hurt when they did something stupid.

I know one thing, I' d be one rich SOB.

The LIBERAL KIND! He' s no conservative, and is a RINO (Republican In Name Only). McCain supports pretty much every gun-control measure to come down the pike, and he' s also one of the chief archetects for the recent Anti-1st Amendment " campaign finance reform" bill that effectively squelches privately financed campaigning but still allows the liberal press to glorify the liberal candidates. Iowa has another just like him in the U.S. House names Jim Leach (approprite name for a liberal running on a GOP ticket). The only reason McCain gets reelected every couple years is because he likes to play up his Vietnam Vet/POW hero status which pulls the wool over many voters eyes.

Hopefully the republicans in Arizona will figure him out one of these days. Zell Miller is on the democrat ticket and he is twice the conservative that McCain is.

jim jeffords was another turn coat , but at least he had the guts to do it publicly but , his reasons were very childish at that , he also isn' t for it which is no surprise , but how on earth can the conservatives that voted him in as a republican still back him after what he did in changing sides and voting the way he does ??????
