When the tornadoes destroyed most of Smithville, MS last year I went with my LEO brother (nobody else allowed due to looters) to help. Rescue workers had to wait on idiots with cell phones walking down the middle of the street to get out of the way, not caring if anyone else got out alive or not.
Amazing how people survived all those years without phones, period. My grandparents never had a phone. I grew up with a "party line". Just another excuse to waste taxpayer money on his constituents.
