Just shouting racial epithets during the commission of a crime doesn't rise to the level of ethnic intimidation, she said.

I wish I could find the article that I posted here about 4 years ago about the White man who slapped a camera out of a black mans hands for taking pictures of the white mans daughter. The white man was charged with a hate crime because he used a racial slur as he slapped at the camera. Which in turn changed a misdameanor to a felony.

I think I posted this a few weeks ago or at least someone did. It can't ever be a hate crime if a black person does this to a white person. You see, to be prejudice you must first have the power. Black people have now power therefore can't be prejudice. This was clearly a misunderstanding.
