Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Did anyone save any of the "doomsday" stuff? Primarily that crap algore was spewing about "if you don't pay me X-billion dollars to offset your 'carbon footprint', the earth will be doomed/flooded/overheated/overrun with rabid gerbils by the year 201?"?

Wonder if any of those geniuses that algore duped are starting to feel like he should have taken them to dinner and a movie first?

No, no, no, it's the poisonous CO2 I tell you. It has to be or I won't get my research grant.

*yawn* The foxnews propaganda machine at it again!

http://metofficenews.wordpress.com/

"Today the Mail on Sunday published a story written by David Rose entitled “Forget global warming – it’s Cycle 25 we need to worry about”.

This article includes numerous errors in the reporting of published peer reviewed science undertaken by the Met Office Hadley Centre and for Mr. Rose to suggest that the latest global temperatures available show no warming in the last 15 years is entirely misleading.

Despite the Met Office having spoken to David Rose ahead of the publication of the story, he has chosen to not fully include the answers we gave him to questions around decadal projections produced by the Met Office or his belief that we have seen no warming since 1997."

Oh no, of course the article must be wrong because our models are just so right.

the entire notion is suspect. We are told by 'scientists' of this impending environmental issue. The scientists align themselves with the same bunch of lying scumbags who gave us obama and socialists, anarchists and communists cloaked in demokrat raiment. Then a scandal where it is shown how the numbers were fudged to bring the rest of the world to believe what the rest of the lying scumbags (for the true lack of a proper term) believe and those who differ are crucified in their professional careers. Then we have enviro-scum who legislate against lightbulbs in favor of poisonous luminary devices. A fat bloated ex-politician demonstrates his bankruptcy of principle by burning thousands of tons of fossil fuels (the very fuels he rails against) to send us the message we need to invest in the very same 'green' industries he has a financial stake in, and to pay him to give speeches to the same effect. Forgive those among us who believe the opposition. The 'standard' by which this information has been compromised, at least from the 'global warming' crowd. The message transmogrifies from "Global Warming" to "Global Climate Change" to "Global Cooling". What's next from these controlling, manipulative scum ? I'll take a 'wait and see' attitude....I support green initiatives where government does NOT participate financially, I support individual efforts of private citizens to be 'green' but NOT where government issues mandates to support one industry over another. AND until it can be proven that the climate issues in question are anthropogenic in origin, I will work under the also-accepted notion these are natural geo-cycles and are completely independent of human activity, and give no credence whatsoever to these liars who stand to gain power, control and personal wealth thru the promotion of that which is not proven. I will not bend to the imposition of tainted trash from political and environmental opportunists.

What I find funny is the people who seem to get upset when you point out GW is a scam. They have been sucked in by all the poor little polar bears floating alone on the ice and it just breaks their hearts.

The data is proven to be falsified and isn't following what is "suppose to happen". Still no matter what the gullible fools follow blindly.

If the story came out that so many people live in China and it was causing a change to the rotation of the earth many would believe it. If the story was told over and over with nice graphs and computer models then even more would buy in.

The global warming scam is so stupid that it unbelievable people fall for it. Asked why the earth has iced over and then thawed many times before man was here and they see that as all natural yet any changes now and its all mans fault.

Why is it that the temperature we are at now, out of the billions of years, suppose to be "normal". They think we are not ever suppose to change again because it may "inconvenience us humans. Sorry but we didn't cause these changes and we can't stop these changes. If you still feel a need to send money to save the polar bear then go for it. You can sleep better knowing you saved the planet.

“In some regions, the man-made rate of change in ocean acidity since the Industrial Revolution is hundred times greater than the natural rate of change between the Last Glacial Maximum and pre-industrial times,” emphasized Friedrich.
