That happened not far from my home.

He got released right away. That city is a dump and suffers from a very long history of political corruption. Nothing ever gets better. City is run by drugs and gangs. Crimes like these happen every day in our little town.

I haven't met anyone that thinks he did the wrong thing. Great for him, just a few less bumbs on the street. Cops knew the situation. The guy did the right thing.

Take a look at the longer history of Berks County. Only a few democrats have ever been elected here. They recently got a Dem Mayor because I think the people have finally had enough.

Don't know who runs what, and not being familiar with that area, I will say this may haver been an 'out of the way place', which is described as between two areas:

The incident happened on the Thun Trail near a bridge over the Schuylkill River, between Reading and West Reading just after noon Wednesday.

Knowing how Pennsylvania has been on a downhill slide lately, I would think it's a demo-hole with republicans being rinos. That's pure conjecture on my part I'll admit...and I don't know how close to Philadelphia the area is...I've been THERE and it's a demokrat craphole so the idea if itinerant mutants seeking to victimize those in surrounding areas is not out of hand.
