Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Does Warren Buffet really pay less than his secretary?

Rush brought up an excellent point yesterday after Obama used her as a political prop in the state of the campaign speech. He try's to portray her as a victim. Is she really?

Has anyone seen her tax returns? Has she released them? Anyone? How can we make that call if no one but she has seen her tax returns?

probably pays less percantage wise,
and probably pays a team of accountants way more than his secretary to make sure he pays that low percantage rate

It's being reported that his secretary TAKES HOME about 200k. Could be more but definitely not less. She's an executive secretary to a multi-billionaire. Gimme a break of the demokrats are gonna hold HER up as one of the downtrodden masses.

And while Buffet the Buffoon may pay less percentage wise, the number on his check to the Treasury department is, quite assuredly, VERY large, MUCH larger than most of the parasites screaming about fairness who could probably live comfortably for 10 years on what Buffett pays on Capital Gains.

Probably doesn't cut it. If she is going to allow herself to be exploited as a political prop, we need to know and should demand the returns.

It's actually quite the joke. I know executive secretaries working for guys who make 1/1000th of what Buffet claims to earn and they are in the 6-figure salary range. Lotta responsibility with that job, tending to a multi-billionaire so I expect her salary will be quite a bit higher than the scumbag leftists would like to hint at. Why doesn't the left scream about the disparity in salary there ? Why does some old rag working for a buffoon make a couple or few hundred thou' and the secretary for the Assistant VP of mainframe operations at a major financial services company only make 40 or 50k ? What elitist pigs....

Its hard to feel sorry for her. She makes $200,000.00 to $500,000.00 a year and just bought a second summer home. Cry me a river.

HAHAHAHAH...true ! What irks is the fact that THIS is what the left holds up as being a victim of corporate greed ? HAHAHAHAHAH...that's a laugh because it's hypocritical as well as shocking in the degree of ignorance even the president displays. Cripes what an embarrassment. In D.C., it looks like we are rich with stupidity, wading waist-high thru waves of idiots elected and appointed by demokrat morons.

We need to demand both of their tax returns get released and I would say release a few years worth.

eh...not gonna happen. There's no legal requirement, and the libs would all come to their defense, happily choking down the road-apples fed to them from their kommandant, General Obama.
Lackeys , all.

If this is true, and I'm sure it is, I would bet she and her husband make more than $250,000.

The Republicans should counter Obama's absurdity with:

Obama wants to raise taxes on Warren Buffet's secretary.
