A C-in-C with any stones would free Commanders in the field to take down targets whenever the opportunity presented itself. Sal, you forget lots of these members have been in war, you make your self look very foolish touting any president who demands his permision before the military can do what they need to do.
You might want to ask some of our fine military men comeing back from war who got blown up, or had buddies killed due to the very thing you are praising. Getting permision before doing their job. Which is a Democratic demand. Yep, I sure am happy that we lose men everyday because they have to ask before doing anything.

Sal....Obama said "I will cut the deficit in half, or I will be a one term President" or words to that affect. Obama, has in his three years, spent more moeny that we don't have than all other 43 Presidents combined.
He has FAILED to cut the deficit.
He has FAILED to provide us with the most transparent administration in history.
He has FAILED to decrease unemployment.
