Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Smile Romney no better than O'Bama?

This is just an opinion piece of course, but it offers some interesting commentary on the similarities between Romney and O'Bama as far as their possible economic policies.

They fear Newt only because they can't control him the way they would Mitt.

A used Q-tip has more worth than Obama.

I do not see newt as anything other than an asset. THe republican party is split into two basic camps; 'business as usual' republicans and the conservative Tea-Party republicans. The tea partiers appear to have some control over the rest of the party and it is to these people that Newt appeals. For a tea-party takeover, it would necessarily result in the removal of lots of old-line,clubhouse republicans. THAT"S A GOOD THING because it is these clubbies that make the party objectionable. To preserve their grasp on power, they resort to scare tactics, saying a President Gingrich will result in democrat control of the legislature. I don't see it that way. I see that Newt would be a strong president outta the gate. I also see republicans picking up seats in the House, and taking control of the Senate, sending dingy Harry to the WC to go powder up. Newt will be good for this country, if for no other reason, than he will thwart the enemy's attempt to rot this republic into a socialist Euro-craphole. Go Newt !

Cool

We tend to lean strongly toward the Tea Party ideas.

We want to see Republicans start acting like Republicans instead of warmed over liberals.

We want to see an end to compromise and "bi-partisan" politics.

It's time to cram social and economic conservatism down the liberal's throats. They'll thank us for it some day.

"Bi-Partisan" (read that BUY partisan) and 'compromise' are garbage.
The libs spout these words as if they were qualities, because they are looking to maintain a grasp on power they are certainly going to lose. THese words, once manifested in a nation's domestic and foreign policy legislation serve the purpose of pouring a cup of water into every cup of coffee; it's got what some want, and it's got what some don't, but it tastes like crap, nobody really likes it and it's purpose is thwarted. That's not GOOD GOVERNMENT , even tho' that's the yardstick being used here ! I like Tea Party ideology because it goes back to founder mentality, it has a 'take no prisoners' approach, and unlike Nancy's approach of 'pass it so you can find out', their goals are spelled out. The time for bi-partisanship and compromise is long past. THe demokrats have shown themselves to be destroyers and the enemy of this republic. As such, REpublicans in general and Tea Party activists specifically, should be working to destroy the demokrat party, utterly. THeir ideas are destructive, they are financially unsound, they work against self-determination, morality and individualism have been abandoned in favor of immorality, mediocrity and the supremacy of the state. This menace must be removed from government, not coddled, not compromised with, not even tolerated. I believe this is the stance of the Tea Party movement which acknowledges this sort of trash from BOTH parties, and THIS is why I support the Tea Party and the candidates they endorse.
