How about regulating "windfall profits" from speeches given by former POTUS? In 2007 bill clinton made 10 MILLION on speeches, averaging $186759.26 per speech . Latest numbers (that I found) have him averaging $100,000 per speech. Should this be legal? It's obviously off the backs of the U.S taxpayer--no way he'd get that kind of coin if he hadn't conned his way into the White House.

My bet is bho's speech fee will be even more nauseating......
