Perry And Others Not On VA Primary Ballot

A US judge has ruled the names of Perry, Gingrinch, Santorum and Huntsman will not appear on the Virginia primary ballot.

RICHMOND, Virginia (AP) — A federal judge has refused to add Texas Gov. Rick Perry and three other candidates to Virginia's Republican presidential primary ballot.

U.S. District Judge John Gibney ruled Friday that the candidates should have challenged Virginia's primary qualifying rules earlier. Gibney said they knew the rules months ago.

Perry sued last month after failing to submit enough signatures to get on the ballot. Newt Gingrich, Rick Santorum and Jon Huntsman also failed to qualify and later joined Perry's lawsuit. They asked Gibney to declare Virginia's law unconstitutional and add their names to the March 6 ballot.

I find reason to suspect the federal judge of partisanship and intent to disrupt the primary process in Virginia. This Piece of crap was appointed by the Sheizzer-in-Chief himself, Barack Obama and confirmed by the demokrat-run Senate. He was nominated by Jim Webb (a Virginia demokrat) and Mark Warner, another POS demokrat from Virginia. This stinks from the left, to be sure.

This is probably another sign the DIMocrats want to run against Romney. If they feared Romney, the judge would have overstepped the stupid Virginia primary rules. Are Virginia "primary rules" different than Virginia law?

actually, I think the demokrats are too dim to acknowledge the president's vulnerability to Romney per se. RIGHT NOW, Romney is within +/- 2 approval points (Rasmussen) of "Da Baboon" AND HE'S NOT EVEN STARTED TO CAMPAIGN AGAINST THE PRESIDENT !!! I think the MEDIA is prepared to swallow a republican president like a 'road apple', 'cept he's the most palatable road apple in the republican field. They have already conceded the white house to the republicans.
