Yeah....but that's not to be applied to the chimp-in-chief or his angela davis wannabe wife. As a matter of fact, it don't apply to demokrats either who have been very adamant in preferring to raise taxes rather than to reign in spending which is out of control. So...exactly WHO has to cut back ? Certainly, no D.C. (or Chicago) scumbags, that's for sure !
