Sarah Palin.

No way. Thanks to the "objective media" Sarah is damaged goods in the minds of the voting public. Its BS but life ain't exactly fair. Besides I do not think she is very knowledgeable about the issues. Similar to Herman Cain, Sarah is good at firing up the base, but dig a little and you will not find a whole lot of substance.

At least that is my perception of her.

Santorum is rising in the polls but this just came out with his quote. This will sink him. It is something many people believe should happen but not anything people want to talk about. I can't believe this would follow popular opinion.

Republican Rick Santorum says that if he's elected president, he would bomb Iran's nuclear facilities unless they were opened for international arms inspectors.

It doesn't seem to me that the Iowa results mean that much. Although they may result in some candidates dropping out.

Now the interesting question would be who is the second choice of the supporters of those candidates who have quit?

I don't think you can really do a meaningful analysis without knowing that.

Now in our case, if Gingrich drops out, we would have to switch to Romney or Santorum. But which one? Hmmmm?
