Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Free movement through out our country is coming to an end.

With the European union instituting banking restrictions and possible travel restrictions. We aren't far behind. When the federal government can decide where you should operate a business, do you think those who live in CA and NY will be restricted from relocation or pay a fine?

For the exercise in speculation I will bite:

If the 14th amendment to the U.S. Constitution can be contorted to mean that the government can compel you to purchase (engage in commerce) something then I see no reason why the same 14th amendment cannot also be used to tell a business where they can and cannot move to. Or for that matter where an individual may or may not move to, due to its impact on commerce.

<Insert here the usual text about the government being out of control and we need need a revolt of some sort.>

Actually they are already doing that. Don't forget the DOJ suing Boeing after they had built a plant in a non union state.

if they can declare the entire country a battlefield, they can certainly move to control the movements of the citizenry on that battlefield, both for commerce and where they'd like to see certain populations concentrated and/or dissipated.
