It's that simple. She could have gotten free birth control, or (heaven forbid) not been sexually promiscuous to begin with.

Hockydad, you can't be that ignorant. Right after I gave birth, we were not able to engage in marital relations. But I was able to satisfy his needs and he to satisfy mine without risk of pregnancy.

To give birth to 15 children for which you are unable to care should be a criminal offense.
