Bergall, it happens more than you would think. Women are becoming more and more aggressive. Often, abuse starts the same way, verbally. Whether the aggressor is male or female. They break their "partner" down, and then assault them.
This can only be a quandry for those of liberal mind-set. Those of us who believe otherwise will recognize that a rapist should not be raising a child while incarcerated.
I find it odd that the liberals will clamor to take children away from freak parents who name them "Adolf Hitler," yet would assume that someone who commits an act of sexual predation upon someone else wouldn't be subject to the same? We don't want kids learning hate from their role models, but it's okay if they learn to rape, rob, and get high from them?
I know it will tempt you, but don't make the leap of logic you're now contemplating.

Liberals would say yes, it is the womens choice. I possed the opposite before. What if a man chooses to keep a baby a women wants to abort, and all the liberals said it was not his choice. I then asked; Why then does a man have to pay child support if he did not want the women to have the child? Again, I was told it is the womens choice.
As for your question, the answer is; The women goes to jail and the child taken away from her. If the man wants the child he can have it. If he does not want the child, then the womens family can have it or the child goes up for adoption. But the man has no obligation in raising the child unless he wants to. He had no choice in the making of the child.

I cant put my hands on it right now, but there was a story in the news, not long ago, about a women raping a man who was in the hospital. That is the only one I can recall.
