Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Cain's camp reminds reporters of their code of ethics.

Great move on his part.

On Sunday, Cain campaign spokesman J.D. Gordon emailed passages from the Society of Professional Journalist Code of Ethics that highlighted limiting the use of anonymous sources and evaluating their truthfulness and motives before allowing their use.*

The code also offered a few reminders like removing arrogance from reporting, showing good taste, being accountable, not pandering to lurid curiosity, treating subjects of stories as reporters would like to be treated and exposing unethical behavior by fellow reporters.*

That is not the complete title of the code. The complete title is:

The Society of Professional Journalist Code of Ethics...when the subject is a democrat.

No problem.....he is a GOP candidate. I don't, at this point feel I could vote for him. I hope one of the other candidates steps it up.

I have no problem voting for Cain should he win the nomination. For a VP pick he would need someone familiar with how things get "done" in government though.

I don't know how this is going to wash out for Cain, but it's about time some "reporters???" are reminded of their code of ethics.

Interesting CI. I'm very impressed with Cain. I have been for years. However, this offensive move in unique. In a time when the media has no one, no charges and pretty much a non story, Cain has found away to go on the attack in a very different way.

I love the sense of "can do" coming from this campaign.

Reminding reporters of their code of ethics is like reminding Stalin that he promised a free and democratic Eastern Europe.

if you like him vote for him FM. I remember you thought Palin was the best thing since sliced bread too. I have to admit I would certainly vote for Cain before Palin under any circumstances. He was CEO of Godfather Pizza and head of some restaurant association. Do you actually think that qualifies him to run our government? He could turn out to be just as big a flop as Obama who is obviously in over his head. We don't need 2 of them in a row.

Cool

We're not sure where he stands on some issues like the second amendment, but at this point, I don't believe we can vote for Cain.

We can't really afford to pay more in taxes and that's what he's all about apparently.

I said Palin was the best thing since slice bread? I don't think so. Could you please cut and paste that?

What Cain represents as well as Palin is limited government. The government isn't there to solve our problems. The government is there to level the playing field.

Right now we have had a government picking winners and losers for far too long. Giving into to special interest that demand the government take the property of your neighbor and then give it to your other neighbor.

Now a good time to ask, what are you looking for in a president?
