Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Typical libs...now they'll expect the gov't to pay the medical bills for their stupidity. I won't be surprised if some of the infected figure out a way to sue over it.

I think Trojan should manufacture the world's largest condom, put all of the Occupy Wall Street protesters in it, tie the end, and throw it in the East River.

If we had single payer, std's would be greatly reduced, and we'd have a healthier society. People don't go to the doctor for an std test, they way til something goes wrong,

a healthier society sounds like a quality investment to me. maybe not to you, but when your 15yo gets HPV, or chlamydia, or herpes maybe you'll think twice.

And just exactly how would a single payer system affect that? Just for your information, you don't get STDs from going to the doctor. Nor do you get them from not going to the doctor. Ask you mother about it.

And you don't automatically get a STD when you turn fifteen. Once again, discuss this with your mother.

Good Grief!

Socialist Salu didnt ya read the posts above yours?Std,s would be greatly reduced if ppl used there heads. The obvious- step 1-Personal risk reductions. If ya control the risks chances are you wont need the tests.( or treatment) If ppl need tests maybe they should preplan these things some in the first place- its not like spontanious combustion these things or airborn.

But no ones stoping ppl for being tested if they want either are they?( they could give up a few beers, starbuck coffees, pizza for aweek etc for the cost of the testings( shouldnt ppl have pryoritys?) etc. I believe there are clinics etc with sliding pay scales for those with less moneys also.

But prevention is the first step in these things(risk exposures, taking personal responsbilitys for ones actions etc (- preventive medical care is not a new concept either . ( dont they teach these things in school?)

If ya forgot remember -however it is payed for it is not all free. PPl who get it free or think its free tend to abuse the system.

DLG gave ya some good advice imo ( + very fuuny ) so go ask yer mom.
