According to the article, there are a number of issues, not the least of which is the privacy of the results, and possible criminal prosecution based on the results. Im all for drug-testing welfare recipients, but the law appears to need a bit of refinement before it can be implemented, I would think. Contrary to what one might think, it's not a 'binary' law, and by that I mean "Drug free = $$$" and "addict = NO $$$"...there appears to be possible consequences if you fail the drug test; the purpose is to qualify applicants, not prosecute, incarcerate and/or rehabilitate applicants who fail.
