it doesn't wipe out anything. It only shows the truth of what the conservatives were telling you. It's a budget killer. The entire bill just like single payer systems are. I want the poor to have access to healthcare, I want preventative maintenance, not wait til you get aids or stage 4 cancer to go to the er for treatment, leaving the rest of us with paying the more expensive er bills.
people put off seeing a doctor do to cost, plain and simple, and that should NEVER be the case!
we're the only nation in the world that has a for profit healthcare system.

In your scenario when your house burns down, you can pay to rebuild it yourself, no fire dept, no insurance,
ie insurance.... a group comes together for a lowered rate... ie my house probably won't burn down but if it does everyone chips in to rebuild it,

A for profit treatment system provides competition, and increases care standards. Failure for a doctor to provide good care leads to them not being in business long. Same for every other business.
