Stating that Holder cannot investigate himself, a special prosecutor is being called for, to investigate "Fast and Furious", with specific focus on an alleged perjury by Holder....
We shall see. Seem like there is an awful lot of smoke here. Why WOULDN'T the Republicans go after this? Isn't this just another case of total freakin incompetance and disconnection from the real world that is oh-so-typical of the Obama administration? They can certainly analyze and split nice hairs on issues of how to treat terrorist prisoners and hostile non-combatants (what the heck is the term of obfuscation that is used?), but they sure didn't apply very shrewd powers of analysis to the fast and furious operation. "C'mon, let's sell a whole bunch of semi-automatic weapons illegally to Mexican drug lords! What could go wrong?!!!!"
Seems there's a statement from Holder issued at a certain date (I don't know when) where he disavows any knowledge of the plan....and lo' and behold, there's a memo dated from before Holder's statements, which is purported to be the smoking gun indicating Holder's knowledge of the gun scheme all along.
Time for a special prosecutor.....
If he does get investigated it will end up in one way. A pardon. I doubt he will see much, if any, jail time for his crimes. Stupidity being the biggest one.
Stupid can kill, unfortunately it did not kill the stupid person making moronic decisions.
Everything about F&F was lined with ludicrous assumptions, and no facts to back anything up.

Well, I think you're partly right...I think there was a certain amount of malevolence involved here. That's why I think the scandal goes higher up than Holder. The Mexican president was complaining about the abundance of American firearms in the hands of Mexican drug soldiers. This was DEAD SMACK IN THE MIDDLE of F&F. Also, there is a U.N. push to outlaw/ban the sale, use and posession of small arms to nonmilitary personnel...this is a measure supported by the administration but not he congress. If congress could be made to see the utility of the resolution, it's possible the United States could enter into such a treaty knowing it had support of the congress. Once ratified by congress, it would serve to nullify the 2nd amendment without a constitutional congress. F&F was never supposed to become public knowledge....all we were supposed to see was the Mexican president complaining about us, providing proof of body counts and stacks of recovered weapons from north of the border, and the U.S. administration throwing up it's hands in frustration. Wottamagonnado ? No...I see F&F are much MUCH more than a bone-headed operation....
Foolish decisions put people behind bars everyday. Unfortunatly we dont do Political Prisons here, if we did we would have plenty of shovel ready jobs. Perhaps Barry should take the oath of office a third time to refresh his memory.

Bumbling Barry and his cadre of communist creeps need to be shown the door, not reminded of they job they decided long ago to ignore.
I sure hope this happens. If he's truly innocent, let everyone know. If he's guilty, then he should have to pay the piper just like everyone else.
I agree 100%, but they don't play with the same set of rules they expect us to. I don't think there is one honest one on capitol hill, not a one!
They all take bribes and cash for votes or favors. If it wasn't about the money they wouldn't be there. We just have to pick the lesser of the two evils.
