More leadership failure from CA.
This is one messed up state. People are not suppose to be drawing up the districts. This and all the crap pushed out to the ballots a long with a select group crafting up laws behind close doors egauls disaster. Why pay anyone in the CA legislature when they pass on their rssponsiblitites to someone else? If I lived there, I would sue based on them delegating their sworn duties.
