Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

It's part of the reason why I think people who vote Democrat in modern times, are idiots.

If they tell a lie often enough, they expect people to believe it. It isn't just the parties, it's the fact that too many pols (and citizens) don't understand the risks we're facing because congress doesn't get it.

Cool

Well even if it is Bush's fault, O'Bama has made it worse. It's like the firefighters showing up and spraying kerosene on the fire.

That's a terrible thought Firefighters who would do that should be fired for incompetence

The '08 election was purely race-based....In large measure, white guilt put obama where he is. So many people were willing to overlook the obvious dangers of electing a neophyte, saying things like "It's about time we elected a black president", or "Sometimes you gotta take one for the team" and garbage like that. My greatest vindication for these racists is that many have lost their jobs since the '08 election. so they got their hope (dashed) and change has been rained down upon their empty little heads. THey got what they voted for, in my opinion.

Sorry but Obama can not wave a magic wan and unfix what both the Bushies did. It takes more time than what time Obama has had so far. Even eight years will not be long enough to fix the crap that was already started.. Remember Bush did not know the economy was in any kind of mess. Then when he realized it he started making plans to bail the banks out. The rest was left for Obama to fix..

Phil, I thought, you were smarter than that last post.

Obama, in his last 2.5years has tripled the deficit (more than Bush JR did in 8 yrs).

He has cost America millions of jobs, that won't be coming back anytime soon.

He has cost us billions of dollars to end this takeover of our healthcare system, just because Europe has centralized medicine doesn't mean we have to have it too.

He has spent us into an equivilant lost decade similar to what ***an is experiencing now.

All this is because liberals are too damn lazy to work hard for what they want.
Instead they demand that the government give it too them, on the backs of the working man.
So before you pop off half ****ed, remember that the Dems are the one killing this country, and your supporting that whole heatedly, Phil.

What's really interesting is that you believe it's okay for Obama to overspend by trillions but not okay for Bush 2. As far as I know, Bush 1 didn't rack up that much debt. I can see giving a new President a pass on his first year (or at least 6 months) in office but trying to give the same kind of pass after almost 3 years in office is kind of disingenuous at best.

Obama has had some tough breaks with the real estate bubble but he's also been asleep at the switch, listened to bad advice and in general is in over his head. Bush 2 had a couple of tough breaks, was too much of a rubber stamp for a congress where both parties were overspending and should have paid a lot more attention to the budget. Bush 1 was moderate and just plain didn't get it about taxes.
