Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default When you loose in the idea battle, turn to attacks, it's the way of the liberals

I would say unbelievable but I know better. The liberal left believes in violence and the power of mob rule. It's a shame the left has no morals. Oh shoot my bad, I'm talking about the group who believes in killing the unborn innocence of our society. Also, protesting and interrupting events for the special needs people in our society is the blame of the person you are protesting.

Funny, missing some of the quote and it's context aren't you hockeydad? It's typical with you. However, why does that matter. Why can't a man and his family enjoy a little bit of freedom to watch a public event in a park?

That's thuggism. Kicking a glass of wine over onto someone. Shouting at them in a public park. What are the chances that would pass if the circumstances were reversed? It would be decried as a hate crime if it was a black, a homosexual couple, or a muslem that experienced this thuggism. I wonder what would happen if it was a liberal in Texas at a public function that got harrassed for being a liberal. "We hate liberals!"

I am not a kinder gentler republican, to coin a phrase. I would have no problem responding to leftist inappropriateness. They resort to this sort of thing because sensible civilized people do not want to respond in kind, so there's no thwarting the vileness. BUT, if the response was a cracked skull from a 4-foot piece of 2-inch galvanized pipe, or broken ribs from repeated strikes by a baseball bat, or some such physical response, the dialogue and 'verbal intercourse' would take on a completely different flavor, I would think. I would encourage such things...

well, these are crimes....kicking the wine is an assault....shouting at them in public and 'WE HATE LIBERALS" can be considered incitement...these scums should have been arrested, after sufficient physical restraint, of course.

I do not agree with Beck..Conservatives gotta stop turning the other cheek..this love crap don't cut it with people who have only hate and violence in their hearts, and their intention is to instill fear and take courage from the mob. They need to be 'spoken to' in the language they understand. At the very least, they can be educated to understand that there are real and immediate consequences for their actions.

Cool

Beck's response was completely appropriate. You don't confront a mob like that, expecially with your family there. Those were savages drunk on liberal dogma. You can't reason with a lynch mob.

His response should have been to call a policeman and have his attacker arrested and press charges.

Glenn Beck was attacked and almost lynched.... ACCORDING TO GLENN BECK.

If the person reporting the news event is the central character in said news event, the chances of getting the objective truth are slim to none. Given this man's grandiose narcissism and constant need for attention, I imagine the truth is much more mundane than he is painting it out to be. Of course that wouldn't pump up the rating so he blows up it up to generate some outrage. I imagine his next story will be about how he courageously deflected the advances of a gay man at the local airport restroom.

He is a true American hero and patriot. Yeah right. Nothing brings the bile to my throat faster than some public figure trying to infer their bravery through B.S. stories. Courage is facing a fatal case of cancer with a cheerful and hopeful heart, it is laying down your life for another, etc... This closet queen is NOT and nothing he boasts about will change that.

I don't doubt Beck's account. The area of NYC where he went to see the show is a liberal craphole and once recognized, I'm sure his account of events is accurate. He should have had the scumbag arrested, as his wife was assaulted. Once again, you embarrass yourself.

HD, considering the filth that you tend to spew out and regurgitate from the left. I would hardly consider you a deep thinker, capable of considering more than what pop tart your gonna have for dinner.
