anyplace with a large 'inner city' population is apparently, for whatever reason, easily led by the destroyers. Their little idiots can't write their own names, but they can tell the difference between an 'incandescent' and a 'lo-voltage' mercuric bulb. That's what we need coming out of our school sysytem...more entitled ignoramuses destined for public assistance. Sooner or later, Maryland will scrape bottom, just like all it's other Marxist buddies here in the Northeast.
