Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Tax hike? Another lie from the Obamanites...

Well... It appears that the minions are at it again. Obama's appointee as GM CEO, Dan Akerson, says we need a $1.00 per gallon increase in the gasoline tax.

http://money.cnn.com/2011/06/07/news...hike/index.htm

Whatever happened to "I will not increase taxes on anyone making less than $250,000 per year"?!?

Frankly, I consider anyone who even thinks about voting for another four years to be an enemy of the state...

Cool

I don't see us buying a new car in the near future, but if we do, it won't be a GM product. We will not be supporting a company run by communists.

Suggesting that the goernment control the behaviour of the proletariat is nothing but Marxism. If GM can't sell cars based on business principles, let them shut down.

Pretty much. The big problem is the majority that elected him the first time, and the majority that will vote for him again, don't vote using their brains, logic, or common sense.

Completely agree! We are a Nissan (wife) / Ford truck (me) family. My dad has owned Chevy's in the past and they were decent automobiles. But now? There is no way I would buy a GM product.

This is about the stupidest idea imaginable. If he sincerely believes we need a gasoline tax increase right now that would explain why GM is so FUBAR. When the price of gas goes up, the cost of food goes up and people go out less. Neither one of these things is desirable with our economy in its current state.

On the other hand sustained pain at the pump and grocery checkout line might be what the country needs to smack some sense into the fools who vote democrat.

I do not trust these people to make an intelligent choice. A large portion of "Da Turd's" electorate are racists, pulling the lever because
'it's time we had a black president'. That's as racist as the guy who pulled the "R" lever saying "I'll be damned if I'm gonna have a black president'. That being said, I cannot begin to understand how 'Da Turd' still garners a 47% approval rating. Does he have to go out and cannibalize children on prime time news before his idiot minions get that this guy is sub-standard ? They've ALL been hurt already by his policies...I guess they are so profoundly stupid as to not realize which direction the pain comes from. I genuinely fear 4 more years...

As a caucasian I have no idea what it is like growing up in this country as a black person. There must be a tremendous sense of accomplishment amongst the black community that one of their own is the president, even if that president has been a disaster.

Yes it is a race based sentiment.

Well, here's another fine benefit brought to us by the MORONS who elected Obama...

1/3 of employers plan to eliminate healthcare coverage because of Obamacare.

this is starting to come down to a war between those who want the government to be in control of everything and provide for you vs. the people who believe in taking care of themselves and making their own way. This country has changed so drastically from how it started i think our founding fathers wouldnt even recognise it. We need to cut back the government to the bone, let individual states govern its citizens, and the chips fall where they may.
