Well, it is 'green'....after all, those Golden Eagles are fertilizing the surrounding areas, returning 'mother nature's' elements back to the Earth in perfect natural harmony. It's all good. Now if you told me that dozens of Kalifornia Demokrats were diving into those turbines, I'd dig into my own pockets to fund some more out there....

Yeah but look at the size of these giant birds--about 34 feet tall according to this article (see above quote). Question--does this newspaper have a drug policy that is enforced?

If the green weenies see that an animals get hurt by some of the green technology then we may stand a chance at not having it take over. They could care less if the human race suffers and goes broke from it but let some bird die and it may just shut down the entire industry.

No because the real motivation behind green movement isn't about true concern for the environment, it’s about control. The rank and file greenies with the proper (yet misguided) motivation don’t realize that they are just tools. Same with the anti-gunners. They’re being used in a campaign that is really about control.

Anyway, the irony of these wind farms is true, as is the irony with the “green” light bulb that contains one of the most toxic substances known to man (mercury…and by the way, many inoculations also contain mercury).

What makes me sick is that so many of these people who thumb their noses at hunting and fishing have no clue how much these practices cause us to CARE so much more for the environment than they do!!!!!

Those are a scam, but "ethanol" is the biggest scam ever pulled on the American people. Lower mileage, higher cost (at least to those of us that pay taxes, since we subsidize the industry), ruins small engines...it would never make it on the free market because it's garbage.

they won't have to because the law has been ruled unconstitutional and it will go down as such in the current case just heard at the appellate level today and then again in the Supreme Court. The federal government can't force you into commerce.

Are you saying there was a ruling on obamacare recently that is definitive ? Got a link ?
